Bay Shore Award Winner -
Adrian Mack placed 4th in Suffolk County earning All-County Honors. Rashaad Gray and Chris Young were one win short of being named All-County.

Marauders Finish in Fifth Place -
At the League II Championships at Bay Shore High School, the Maruders placed 5th out of 7. Rashaad Gray was a League II Champion at 140 pounds and Adrian Mack was also a League II Champ at 189 pounds. Chris Young secured a silver medal at 285 pounds and Jonathan Flood finished in fourth place at 152 pounds. The Marauders will send these four wrestlers to the County Championships.

Northport Sneaks Past Bay Shore -
Northport topped Bay Shore 41-21 on Friday, January 22nd. The Marauders had wins at 130 lbs., 140 lbs., 189 lbs., and 285 lbs., At 140 pounds, junior Rashad Gray recorded a pin at the 2:38 minute mark. At 189 pounds, senior Adrian Mack recorded a pin at the 1:31 minute mark and at 285 pounds, senior Chris Young pinned his opponent at the 3:27 mark. Bay Shore falls to 0-5 on the season.

Bay Shore Falls To Central Islip -
The Musketeers defeated Bay Shore 36-24 on Wednesday, January 13th. Bay Shore won six matches including a pin at 140 lbs. as Rashad Gray pinned his opponent at the 2:36 mark and at 189 lbs. as Adrian Mack pinned his opponent in 1:17 minute mark. The Marauders Luke Attisani (125 lbs.), Robert Renz (135 lbs.), Vincent Torres (145 lbs.), and Jon Flood (160 lbs.) all recorded decisions in the loss.

Bay Shore Loses a Heartbreaker to Wildcats -
Even though the Marauders took eight out of 12 matches, Carlos Rodriguez pinned Luke Attisani at the 125 weight class in 1:54, the third of three consecutive pins for Whitman (6-6) (112, 119, 125) to close out the match and take thelead. Bay Shore forfeited the 171 weight class. Bay Shore had pins at 103 lbs. as Victor Romero notched six points with a pin at the 3:00 mark, 189 lbs. as Mack had a pin at the 1:11 mark and Young pinned his opponent just 0:28 seconds into his match.

Flammin' Arrows Take Down the Marauders -
Sachem North defeated Bay Shore 44-18 on Wednesday, January 6th. The Marauders won five matches but it wasn't enough for a victory. Rashaad Gray had Bay Shore's only pin at the .29 second mark. Renz (6-3), Torres (17-11), Mack (7-5) and Young (5-2) all had decisions in the loss. The Marauders forfeited matches at 112 lbs. and 171 lbs.

Bay Shore's Gray Shines -
The Marauders defeated Center Moriches 40-24 on January 2nd. Rashaad Gray won three matches with a pin, a technical fall and a major decision at 140-pounds and was named Bay Shore's Most Outstanding Wrestler at the Westhampton Duals. The Marauders Clayton at 171 lbs., Kowl at 189 lbs., and Gamble at 215 lbs. all had pins. Bay Shore tallied decisions with Silipo at 119 lbs., Farman at 130 lbs., Tarmey at 135 lbs., Flood at 152 lbs., X. Young at 285 lbs., and Attosani recorded a major decision at 125 lbs.
